How Do A Person Gets Job Abroad After Completing His ME And MBA From Australia.

My cousin, he completed his B. Tech in EEE from India, and did his ME Electronics and MBA General from Latrobe university australia, due to his personal prob he is back to india. Now my question what sort of jobs he can approach here in india and how to get jobs abroad. pls do help me in this regard
