You can plan on the following line:
1) Manpower Budgeting for Next quarter, gap analysis, reducing cost.
2) Analysis the last quarter attrtion rate and plan employee engagement plan.
3) Retention strategy (say put all your effeorts to retain all top performers for example we have kept a target to retain all employees who has got A, B, C rating in this year appraisal)
Honestly speaking sugestion on Strategic HR cannot be given in small write ups. Because there are lot of factors which you need to consider.
Try to find out things which you think didn't went well during last quarters and plan to improve those areas.
