Please find attached EPFO Circular No. WSU/5(1)/2003/11146 dated 20th July 2012, regarding the generation of Employer, Employee, and On Request Passbooks through the EPFO Website portal.
I submitted my request for an e-passbook on 8th August 2012, and despite repeated reminders, it has not been made available. Is there any way to prompt EPFO officials to respond to members' requests?
