Please find attached EPFO Circular No.WSU/5(1)/2003/11146 dt 20th July 2012 to generate Employer, Employee and On Request Passbooks through Portal - EPFO Website.

I submitted my request for e passbook on 8th august, 2012 and despite repeated reminders it has not been made available. Is there any way to make epfo officials to response to members' requests?
