- What is the difference between these two?
- Where do we use these, and in what situations should we use them?
- For which category do we use these two methods? Is there any criteria for using them?
- What are the things/processes I must concentrate on to do this PMS & SC?

PMS stands for Performance Management System. It is the overall system or process. A score is a tool; thus, you can use a scorecard as a tool for PMS.
