What Does an Admin Manager Do When Admin Tasks Are Outsourced and Officials Visit?

ADMIN.PRO2012
Hi, this is AP. I need to know the role of an admin manager in case the admin activities such as security, housekeeping, etc., are outsourced in an organization. I also need to know what an admin manager is supposed to do when a government official walks into the organization.

Even if security and housekeeping are outsourced, as an admin manager, you should monitor these activities. If a government official walks in, give them a warm welcome. Make them comfortable by guiding them to the conference hall or meeting room. Provide them with refreshments, and if it's during lunchtime, ask if they require lunch.

Then inquire about the purpose of their visit. At all costs, do not show ego or anger, even if they are difficult to deal with. As an admin, provide facility support such as AMC for computers, ACs, stationery arrangements, booking hotels for customers, and many other things.

Hope this will assist you.
