Experience with Adjustable Tie-Back Lanyard

Does anybody have experience with this "Adjustable Tie-Back Lanyard with Shock Absorber and Rebar Hook"? I just placed an order for new roof projects. Please share your experience on this subject; it will help us educate ourselves on the technical side.

Dear Raghu, I have never used such a kind of lanyard harness. Once you try it, please let me know all the advantages this particular type of harness has compared to other normal lanyards. Keep on sharing...
