Adjustable Tie-Back Lanyard With Shock Observer And Rebar Hook

Does anybody have an experience on this ''Adjustable tie-Back lanyard with Shock observer and Rebar hook''. Just i placed the order for new roof projects.
Please do share your experience on this subject it will help us to educate our self on technical side.
Once getting input's I'll ask few questions which i have it now.

I never use such kind of lanyard harness... Once you tried please let me know what all are the advantages this particular type harness having when compare to other normal lanyards...
