Designing an HR Scorecard for Job Analysis: Can You Share Some Guidelines?

I am on the summer training project. I got an assignment for the design of a scorecard which should be helpful for Job Analysis. I did BCA, and I can also understand the logic behind designing the scorecard. Try to help me by just giving me the guidelines to design it.
