From Employee to Employer: What Challenges Did You Face on This Journey?

In my company, an employee worked from 2011, where he was a PF contributor from 2006. But at the time of joining, his salary was 12000/-, and we have not deducted any PF amount from him and filed the PF. Now, his salary is above 30,000/-, and his basic is more than 15000/-. He has now given a request letter for the deduction of PF.

Kindly advise on what to do.
