Distance Learning In Psychology

Hi,
Wanted to know if any one knows / have done any courses from "Indian Institute of Applied Psychology" National Centre for Behavioural Sciences.. (Jointly Sponsored by The Global Open University, Nagaland, WIBP)
I want to do MS / MSc in psychology (distance learning).. kindly suggest.. if i should it from Annamalai Open University or "Indian Institute of Applied Psychology"
