Esic Calculation If ???

Dear Seniors,
in need your help
An associates covered in ESIC , but when he got incentive then his gross is reached > 15001, which indicates ESIC not deductable, now please tell me what can i do ESIC deduct or not ???

Dear Vishal,
If incentive is to be paid on monthly basis then you should deduct esic on >15001. If it belongs on performance or occasionally then you have no need to
deduct esic of the associate.
