Foreign Employee Resigned: How Can They Withdraw Their Provident and Pension Funds?

Krishan Kapoor
I would like to get seniors' opinions on the procedure for the withdrawal of PF and FPF against contributions made by a foreign national working with our company for two years; now, he has resigned. How can he withdraw and get a refund? Is the process the same as for Indians, or does some special procedure have to be followed? Kindly help.

The PF withdrawal formalities for Foreign Workers are the same as for Indian Workers. You just have to ensure the signature matches. The PF office considers the signature on the PAN card. If the signature differs from the PAN card signature, the form will be returned.
