Are Jharkhand's Minimum Wage Rules Different from Bihar's? Seeking Guidance and Resources

Hi All, are there separate minimum wage rules for Jharkhand, or do we still need to use Bihar Minimum Wage Rules for the same? If yes, can someone provide a soft copy of the same or recommend a bookshop where I can obtain it? Additionally, could someone provide me with the soft copy of the Jharkhand Shops and Establishment Act for reference?
