Confused About Where to Deposit PF Contributions? Let's Clarify the Process Together

PF Contribution Deposit Query

As an employer, I want to know where to deposit PF contributions of employees and the employer. I want to deposit the contribution by cheque, so please let me know who the cheque should be made payable to. Please reply as soon as possible.

PF contribution is deposited on a monthly basis through a cheque only in the SBI Bank, only in favor of yourself EPF if you are using an SBI chequebook, or in favor of SBI A/c's EPF if you are using some other bank's chequebook.

Ms. Puja is right. The cheque should be made payable to EPF a/c no. One thing to note is that PF dues should be paid before the 15th of every month.

You can deposit your EPF cheque in any SBI branch by mentioning SBI A/C EPF or your EPF A/C.

As suggested above, you have to deposit the PF contribution only to SBI branches. You can also make online payments if you have an account in SBI.
