Seeking Short and Inspiring .pps Files to Motivate Employees Daily – Any Suggestions?

Dear all, I have always been searching for .pps files to send to employees via email on a daily basis. However, I have realized that most of my employees do not have sufficient time to go through the entire .pps file due to their daily workload. Therefore, I am reaching out to seek some suggestions from you. I aim to send them daily .pps files with refreshing morning thoughts to keep them motivated throughout the day. However, I need small 4-5 slide .pps files that can be quickly read.

Suggestions Needed for Shortening .pps Files

1. How can I shorten the .pps files that I send them daily?
2. Can anyone share small .pps files of not more than 1MB?

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

You may find some interesting motivational quotes on various websites. You can use them on a beautiful background and circulate the same. Also, you can ask your employees to contribute on a weekly basis and then choose the best of the lot. Another way to keep them motivated could be to make it mandatory for all of them to use such quotes as their desktop backgrounds instead of using funny pictures, etc.

As per your requirement, Apajita's suggested solution is better. In my opinion, you can send one-page thoughts to all employees per day and give them the name "Thought of the Day." You can send only one instruction every day to achieve your goal.
