Its the duty of HR for handling all the compliances & statutory as PF, ESI, PT, PCB etc.
As far as ESI is HR has to remit the payments and submit returns on monthly basis, Should take care of Employee temporary & permanent ESI cards, Filing half yearly returns and other returns.
Regarding PF
HR has to take responsibility of filing monthly & annual returns, Form 2 and other required statutory
