Dear seniors
I hav a doubt reg ESI accident compensation
If an employee died while he was coming to his duty on road at a distance of 2 km from the company . then is it possible to his family get compensation from ESI.If it is possible then what is the procedure.
If anybody has clarity on above issue plz share with me your valuable knowledge

Definitely that accident comes under ESI as notional expression and his dependants are eligible to entitle the death benefit or pension and please let them aware to get it.
