Need Help with Hypothetical HR Metrics for Recruitment and Turnover Costs?

swati18jan
As part of my MBA, I am working on a project about recruitment costs and employee turnover costs. However, I do not have any data to calculate these costs, so I am in need of hypothetical data. I require some dummy HR metrics data, including formulas, especially for cost per hire and employee turnover cost, presented in the full prescribed format for analysis. Kindly provide this information as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Thank you, Mr. Prasenjit, for your assistance. I require dummy data for my project as I am unable to obtain any information on calculations. Specifically, I need data for Cost Per Hire and Turnover Cost, along with examples of how to solve both metrics and analyze them. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

What will you do if someone gives you hypothetical data? Are you not supposed to collect data and explain where and how you collected it?

I know it's difficult to use hypothetical data, but as per company policy constraints, I have not been provided the data. In that case, I just have the formulas, and I don't know how to use those formulas. The organization for which I am making the project has around 200 employees. However, I wanted to calculate the cost per hire for one year and the turnover cost for one year. So, I need exactly a solved example of how we do this...

Sir, currently I am pursuing an MBA in HR. When I chose HR metrics as my SIP topic, the organization where I obtained permission to conduct my project initially agreed to provide me with the necessary data for calculating HR metrics. However, they are now stating that they are unable to provide any data due to the busy schedule of the company's HR department, who is currently out of the office. My synopsis has already been submitted to the university, and my internal guide is refusing to allow me to change the organization or the topic. Since I am unable to create hypothetical data, I am seeking your assistance on this matter. I have tried to gather as much information as possible from the internet, but I have only found formulas for calculating HR metrics and no actual figures. Can anyone help me out?
