Salary Slip Contains Serial No. Or Not

Hi Friends,
I am very new in H.R profile and i had made on Salary slip format for my organization but i am confused that salary slip contains Serial No. or not. I have to present this format to my CEO, please suggest be would i include serial no. or not.

there is no need of any serial number on salary slips..... Employee Code / Emp. Number be there. This Employee Code/ Number is Unique & is alloted to an employee at time of joining. BEST WISHES RAJESH SATYAL, VALUEPEOPLE, HR OUTSOURCING GROUP
