Hi Vaishalli,

Designing an induction program is a very critical task. Please consider the following points:

1) Company information in terms of when it was started, registered offices, etc.
2) Company's vision and mission statement.
3) Organizational chart with names of top-notch people.
4) Product line.
5) Market capitalization.
6) How the company has grown? What are the future plans, etc.?
7) Various employee policies in terms of medical, leave, etc.

You can use this as a basic guideline to start with. Hope I was of some help.

Thanks & Regards,
Sujit

Hi Vaishali,

You can include sessions with respect to HR policies, admin rules, quality requirements as per company quality policies, finance sessions, and some games to make it more lively.

Niti
