Need Help with Appointment Letter Format for Confirming Job After Training Completion

Hello to all members, I am new to this site. My problem is as follows: In my company, some employees were on training, and now I have to provide them with an appointment letter to confirm their job after successfully completing the training. Can anybody help me by providing that kind of format?

Find the attached confirmation letter. You can use this format according to your company's salary breakup. When any employee completes the probation period successfully, you can issue this letter. Feel free to contact me if you need any more help in this regard.
