We own a building with 1,000 shops and provide the shops on rent. What should be our ideal staff requirement? Please mention the number of staff needed in operations, accounts, administration, etc. Currently, staff costs consume over 15% of our revenue. We are considering outsourcing every possible task. What tasks do you think can be outsourced?
