Staff Requirement

we own a building with 1000 shops, we provide the shops on rent. what should be our idle staff requirement? please mention the no of staffs in operation, accounts administration, etc. currently staffs consume over 15% of our revenue. whe are thinking about outsourcing every possible tasks. what tasks do you think can be outsourced

Over at this part of the world, 15% staff cost is not an exorbitant figure at all. There are other factors that erode revenue / profit and one such factor in your specific situation could be your rental earnings - have your priced it correctly?
Conduct a SWOT or Cost-Benefits Analysis to determine whether outsourcing is the way to go for your business.
