PAN CARD [Thread 419667]

Dear All please give me suggestion how to cancelled wrong PAN CARD. Because I have got Wrong PAN CARD By Mistake. But now I want to Cancelled and get New PAN CARD with Same Name.
Please suggest me what can I Do now and where is the office for submitted my Wrong PAN CARD. Can I Post with Cancellation Letter or Registered AD.

Can you advice what are the mismatches in that PAN card?
Is name Matching?
Is Fathers Name matching?
Is Date Of Birth Matching?
Is your Photo matching?

you have to submit A Correction form , with all proof ( want to change in your PAN Card) along with some nominal fees at TINT facility Center at your location
and you will get A new PAN card ( Corrected) within 15 days at you address.

Dear Veena,
Pan Card and Pan Card Number can never be wrong.
There can be a situation where some of your details might incorrectly printed. Like, Name not matching, Father name not matching, Date of birth not matching, Photo not matching.
If these 4 are correctly printed, then your Pan Card is perfectly alright. And no need to get panic.
Note: Pan Card can never be cancelled. Only the details printed on the Pan Card can be changed on request. Procedure for changing details is similar to that of applying for new Pan Card.
