How To Conduct A Selling Skills Workshop Or Any Workshop On Soft Skills

HI all,
Humble request to all, Need your suggestions on different ways to conduct a work shop on selling skills. Other than selling skills, also need suggestions on conducting other workshops on soft skills.
Pls advice on pay structure per participant or hourly/day training, which ever may be best suited as per u all and what stuff should be distributed/or not, to the participants for better outcome.

You have asked a lot of questions. Difficult to answer in one paragraph.
I suggest you do a Train the Trainer course/program of 2-3 days. Only then all your questions
can be answered and you can make some headway into training.

i have already attended several TTTs which were quite knowledgble, but i need your suggestions on ideas of conducting workshops on softskills and what else can be given to the participants other than the training notes etc.
