Seeking Advice on Conducting Effective Selling and Soft Skills Workshops: Pay, Materials, and More

Hi all, I humbly request your suggestions on different ways to conduct a workshop on selling skills. Apart from selling skills, I also need suggestions on conducting workshops on soft skills.

Pay Structure for Workshops

Please advise on the pay structure per participant or hourly/day training, whichever is best suited according to all of you.

Materials for Workshop Participants

Also, what materials should be distributed or not distributed to the participants for a better outcome.

Thanks to everyone for all your replies. I have already attended several TTTs which were quite knowledgeable, but I need your suggestions on ideas for conducting workshops on soft skills and what else can be given to the participants other than the training notes, etc.
