Hello everyone, I have been working in a construction company as a Front Office Assistant for 2 years. Even though my position is in the Front Office, I am involved in recruitment (manpower required on-site), all MIS work, issuing warning letters, appointment letters, conducting exit interviews, handling full and final settlements, managing attendance, and overseeing payroll.
