EPF Withdrawal [Thread 419317]

Hi All,
I have some confussion about EPF, when a employee left the services after complete his 10 year and 02 month than we use 10C or 10D. can he is elligible for pension.
Please reply soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Ajay Sharma,
If the service is 10 years or more, he will be eligible for pension. And for pension form 10-D is used.
For those who didn't attain an age of 58 years, Scheme certificate can be applied in form 10-C.
