Notice Period Change

Dear Friends,
Our company want to change the notice period of employees for both probation and confirmed employees. I have to issue letters to employees for change of notice period. Kindly suggest best format for that.

Dear Veeru,
Right now, we don't have any notice period in probation that is change to one month notice and 6 month notice for confirmed staff that has to be reduced to 3 month notice.
