Our company wants to change the notice period for both probationary and confirmed employees. I need to issue letters to employees regarding the change in the notice period. Could you please suggest the best format for this?

Currently, we do not have any notice period during probation, which is proposed to be changed to a one-month notice for probationary employees and a six-month notice for confirmed staff. However, we aim to reduce this notice period to three months.
