Struggling to Get My Full and Final Settlement: How Can I Speed Up the Process?

I was working as a consultant in a company in Chennai from September 2010 to February 2012. Apart from my salary, if I worked on the weekends, I should have received 300 Rs. I have served my notice period as per the company policy. As per the company policy, my full and final settlement should be given within 90 days from the day I was relieved. I received my relieving letter and experience letter. However, I am yet to receive my full and final settlement, which amounts to almost 35,000 Rs. This is a significant amount for me at this moment. I sent an email to the Head of HR, and I received a reply stating that the disbursement is proceeding slowly. Yet, I have learned that many people in the past are still waiting to receive their full and final settlement.

Is there any way I can obtain that money? Thanks in advance.

It is better to closely follow up on the matter with the company and get things settled.

Please do regular follow-ups once 90 days have passed since your settlement or escalate the issue to the seniors of the company through official email.

I worked as an employee in a company in Bangalore from April 2015 to January 2016. During this time, I only received 5 months' salary, and I am still waiting for my full and final settlement. As per the company policy, my full and final settlement should have been given within 90 days from the day I was relieved. However, I am yet to receive it, which amounts to almost 312,000 INR. This is a significant amount for me at this moment. I have requested the Head HR and the owner, and I received a reply stating that it will be done within the next 6 months. Unfortunately, I have learned that many people in the past are still waiting for their full and final settlements as well.

Is there any way I can receive the money owed to me? Thank you in advance.
