New Team Leader Seeking Effective Excel Formats for Tracking Daily Team Activities

Hi all, I am working in an IT organization and was recently promoted to Team Leader. My manager has instructed me to track the daily work-related activities of my team members. Does anyone have any good Excel formats to track the daily activities of my team?
