I am an MBA student, and I'm doing my project in the hospitality industry (hotel). Though two weeks back, I suggested and started a training and development program (basic etiquette, spoken English, and building confidence), due to certain reasons, we had to end it. I thought maybe the Johari Window would be the right topic for my project, but I'm not sure how to implement it, not individually but as a whole. I have less than 2 weeks left. How will it facilitate in the organization? I know all about the Johari Window since I applied it with myself and my friends.
