Struggling to Find a Unique Ph.D. Topic in Hospital Management? Let's Brainstorm Together

I am doing my Ph.D. Please refer to topics related to hospital management. It may be related to the quality of hospital services or HR topics related to hospitals. The topic should be very good and unique. Please help me find a topic.

The study should be of some use to the organization; hence, please discuss it with the mentor there. Have you studied Research Methodology? I wonder how you can start your Ph.D. "without any idea." Where have you registered for the degree, and do you not have a supervisor to guide you? Have you done any literature search and read any articles available on the web? Please also answer other questions raised by me in my previous post.

I was encouraged by my family members to register for my Ph.D. I got an idea to do research in the hospital sector because I am working in a hospital. I also have a guide. I have not read any articles yet. My guide suggested that I do research in the service sector because of my profession. I also came up with an idea to do research on a quality-related topic, but I don't know what type of quality people may prefer. So, I started to search for topics related to hospital management.

Thank you for clarifying the situation. Pressure from family without commitment from you will be futile. As a part-time student, it will take nearly 5 years to complete your research and submissions. Can you spare time?

So, you see, finding articles is easy. I just did a Google search. I have applied SERVQUAL to teaching, and my papers (Narasimhan, K. (1997) and (2000)) have been cited by quite a few.
