Thank you for the query. Let me raise a few questions before giving you a tip. Have you searched CiteHR and/or the web? Training and Development is a vast field; have you decided on the aim and objectives of your study? The study should be of some use to the organisation and, hence, have you discussed it with the mentor there? Have you studied Research Methodology?
