You want to terminate the Contract/Agreement or the specific Worker through contractor????
if you want to terminate the agreement, according to terms and conditions set out in Agreement, you can do so, after termination of contract the, Employment of Workers through such contractor comes to automatically an end. But before the you must ensure that all the payment/Wages or other benefit should be paid by the contract to these workers, otherwise they can create Industrial Dispute for non payment of wages etc. Before F&F of the Vendors you need to ensure all statutory compliance documents from the vendor in respect of workers worked under this agreement.
in Second case, if you want to terminate the service of that particular worker who involved in theft cases, strictly don't do by your own, he is not your employee but the contractor's employee. Ask contractor to file FIR against the worker, take disciplinary action and after due course of law, contractor need to discharge him from his service. You being a Principle Employer should not comes in picture. Let the contractor do his job.
