Payslip will provide the information of the employee at glance.
1. It should contain with all general emplacement information along with Statutory information.
2. If your processing salary through Bank Bank A/C No.
3. Information regarding his Salary Advance or Loan(Internal)
4. If your following CTC structure some of allowances will not come in Payslip, we should be able to explain.
5. for IT exception you can split the Salary as below:
Basic&DA - taxable
HRA - 40% of Basic(Non metro), 50% of Basic(Metro)
Uniform Washing Allow. - 500/- P.M
Conveyance - 800/- P.M
Children Education Allow.-100/-per Child(If they are in hostel 400/- per child)P.M
Medical Allow.- 15000/- P.A.
LTA - amount as per your company policy(Exception twice in 4years)
