hello to all HR,
ciy hr is very use full to all HR executives like me.
i have join a company recently as a hr officer. now i have to define salary stracture that is--
basic
hra
city compensatory
special
etc
i can not able to make decisin to deduct salary in which percentage.
i am thinking
Basic 40% of gross
HRA 40 to 50% of Basic
city compensatory 700 fixed
Conviniance All 500 Fixed
special Balance
12% PF -Basic Planinig to start
Professional tax deduction just started
like that..
i wanted to make salary stracture which suits our small scale company and also according to law.
i am confuse becouse our advocate says minimum app 4000 salary should be there
but it is not possible to me. our some employee getting 3000/3500/4000/5000/7000/8000/10000/12000 so all not come in 4000 range and if we deside to impliment formulathat is 40% of gross basic then basic will be very low.
please suggest
