Missed the PF and ESI Nomination Deadline: Can I Still Submit After Six Months?

I want to know about the PF and ESI nomination form. In my organization, the PF and ESI nomination form has not yet been submitted. Six months have already passed. Is it possible to submit it now, after six months, as it should have been submitted within one month of the joining date? Now, what can I do in this situation?

It is already too late. At least now you should submit those. Otherwise, it will be a problem. You can request the PF department, and they will accept those.

Certainly, you can do that, but you just need to visit your local EPFO and ESIC office for that.
