Should I Choose a Distance MS Program from BITS Pilani at the Start of My Career?

Hi seniors, I work as an assistant manager for a reputed company, and they recently had a tie-up with BITS Pilani. They have offered me the opportunity to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Manufacturing Management or Quality Management (all fees borne by me). Now, I'm in a dilemma about whether to go for a distance mode or a regular master's program. It's just the start of my career.

Is Distance Mode Advisable?

Is it advisable to go for an MS program in distance mode (BITS Pilani)? Please suggest.

Comparison of Regular and Distance Courses

Regular courses are more valued than part-time or distance modes. However, the full-time course is more expensive and can be completed in a shorter time.
