Need Urgent Help with Appointment Letter Format Including CTC for Indian Standards

We are running a company limited which is in the infrastructure field, working on installations, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of the power sector, i.e., power plants, refineries, NFL, and other industries working for mechanical, electrical, etc.

Therefore, we want to adopt formats for an appointment letter that should include CTC as per the company's standard in India. Would anyone help me in this regard? It will be highly appreciated. This is most urgent.
