I need to know what HR practices are carried out in manufacturing industries and how they differ from the IT industry. What are the recent HR practices adopted in the manufacturing industry? Since I am an MBA student, I am interested in doing a mini project at BMW automobile company. I need a suitable topic for carrying out my project and gaining knowledge.
