i need to know what are the hr practices carried out in manufacturing industries. how is it different from it industry.what are the recent hr practices adapted in manufacturing industry? since i am a mba student, i am interested in doing a mini project in BMW automobile company. i need a suitable topic for carrying out my project and gain knowledge.

Though the basic functions are same, the HR focus in manufacturing will be in addition on ensuring safety, health.amenities and canteen etc.
