i am just learn MBA program. But I not family with Human Resource policy. I am from Myanmar, south east asia. Poor HR Plan. I am trying to study HR Policy of various companies. I would request u all to please help me by sending policies you have.

Join a company and get a "Job" first and fast.
Ofcourse Don't take any job that comes. Understand the JD and see if it match your apptitude. You will learn from experience.
Also, you can research in CiteHR, which has loads of information posted by so many experts.

i have own small company. my company life is 4 yr life. and i do as marketing manager in Diesel whole sale. exp is 1 yr. but our country is poor HR.

HR means Human Resource and that is also being human said from point of resource view.
I do not know about your word that is poor HR.
Myanmar has not the poor HR situation but most of the Myanmar companies do not know about how valuable of HR.
I believe that Myanmar's companies will know how valuable of HRs in near future. They will face the competitive market in near future.
You are MBS's student, and so you may know and HRM, and HR policy should be based from HR's philosophy and current situations.
Poor HR is not possible situation in Myanmar.
