HR means Human Resource and that is also being human said from point of resource view.
I do not know about your word that is poor HR.
Myanmar has not the poor HR situation but most of the Myanmar companies do not know about how valuable of HR.
I believe that Myanmar's companies will know how valuable of HRs in near future. They will face the competitive market in near future.
You are MBS's student, and so you may know and HRM, and HR policy should be based from HR's philosophy and current situations.
Poor HR is not possible situation in Myanmar.
