Section 2 Upload Hr Tools/forms - Pdf Download

Hi! I am relatively new to this site but have been reading most of the posts here and everyone on this forum seem to be great contributors.
Here is my suggestion. What would really add value to this site, if there was a specific section on this forum dedicated to HR tools/forms where we could upload whatever HR tools or forms or process maps etc we are utilizing at work which may perhaps be of some benefit to other professionals.
I am the HR Manager for one of Pakistan's fast growing IT companies called Si3 (www.s-iii.com)...and would like to help and learn from other HR professionals on this forum.

This can be done but it'll need some time since it will require some software system where documents can be categorized and uploaded. One issue is that we cannot allow copyrighted or company documents to be shared on our website - to counter this we'll need to review each upload before publishing them to the website. I'll try to find some software which will allow us to share documents and get back on this thread in a couple of days - meanwhile I need inputs on what you guys think would be the broad categories for the documents.
Let me know what you guys think about this plan of action and of course the category ideas.

You are right about not including copyright documents but if an individual has the permission from the Management of their company to share documents such as forms or policies etc then we can trust the individual to have the maturity of 1st checking with their respective management b4 uploading on the site.
Knowledge even in its basic form is meant to be shared and everyone can benefit from such a forum and informative document folder as this.
Understand, accept and respect your opinion, but would like to make this happen.

Very good suggestion and initiatives...
I am working as HR Specialist in a Property company in Dubai. Even I would like to share the forms, KPI, Objective formats and would like get the views from other HR executives.
Can anyone send me some ideas / models about writing company strategies, Short / Long terms goals and setting objectives in order to achieve the set goals.

Can you please enlight me on various HR policies which can be set up in an IT organisation. And can give me an overview of all the existing HR policies.
I am in an Start up IT firm and hence require some guidance to set up Hr policies. I would be grateful if you could help in setting up.
