Hi, one of our employees has resigned, so I need to inform all employees about this matter. Please prepare a standard format for an internal memo announcing that he is no longer with our office. Thank you.

Please compile all the information into a PDF and then paste it into the email body before sending it to all department email addresses. Kindly remove the red words as they are for your understanding only. Feel free to format it as you see fit, as I quickly put this together for you this morning and did not have enough time to do more. Also, remember to post it on the notice board.
