Employee Resign Clearence Format - Doc Download

Hi,
One of our employee give resign so I have to inform to all employee about this matter,that he is no longer in our office by internal memo.
Please give me a standard format about this.

You put all the info and make it PDF and then paste it in mail body and send it to all dept. mail address.
remove the red words as this is for your understanding....and please format it as you like as I just made it for you in the morning and did;t have enough time to do more.
Oh!! remember to post it in the notice board as well.
