Stuck on Creating Personality Development Workshops for Teens? Need Your Help!

Hi all, I have to develop workshops on 'Personality Development' and 'Communication' for school students in classes 9 to 12. Being new to this field, I find myself stuck. Please help. If anyone can provide me with a ready PowerPoint presentation, a manual, or suggest places where I could find these resources, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am also looking for something like this for the students of class 9th - 12th standard or even undergraduate students. I have to conduct a free workshop on such subjects for some schools in Punjab, and the children there are not very aware of these things. Thus, my task can be a lot simpler if anyone can help me with such material.
