Dear Mr. Mukesh and Ms. Neha,
Thank you for highlighting your concerns with Citehr.com members. I would like to correct both of you. XXXX franchises are operating their SAP Courses in support of Siemens, who are the knowledge partners. The Course Instructors or Faculty are directly hired for course delivery. Sometimes, franchises bypass this channel, resulting in inexperienced faculty being assigned to teach the SAP courses.
I recently hired a few SAP-HR professionals for my overseas project. Some of these professionals obtained their SAP Certification from XXXX. Trust me, they are very competent and demonstrate the knowledge acquired.
The provision of placements or any other perks varies from one franchise to another. If your reaction post acquiring your SAP Certification is so serious, both of you should have conducted sufficient research before enrolling in these institutions.
The provision of placements also varies depending on the job positions. If candidates do not perform well in the interview selection phase, it does not imply that the institute is incapable of providing jobs.
The views expressed by me are on an open channel. Both Neha and Mukesh, feel free to share your views as well.
