Document Requirements for Construction Sites

Kindly advise on what documents should be kept at building construction sites for our records? (e.g., fire register, toolbox talk register, etc.)

Thanks and regards,
R. Balagopal.

Dear Balagopal, I'm not sure about the Factory Act of 1948 regarding record maintenance on sites. According to international standards, we need to maintain the following records at all times on site:

- Safety plan (including all site-specific plans)
- Training records
- MSDS inventory records
- Hazardous material list
- Checklist for equipment and site inspection log
- Reference documents such as OSHA 1926 (either hard copy or electronic copy; if electronic, all employees must have access at all times)
- Accident/Incident/Near miss records
- Man-hour reports, etc.

Request for Factory Act Reference

Team, if anyone can provide the Factory Act reference to Mr. Balagopal, it would be greatly appreciated.
