How To Do A Self Introduction When Newly Joined A Team As A Team Leader?

Hi,,
I am just about to join a new company, wanted to know what would be the better way for self introduction to the new team? what things to be shared, and what not?

You can start like this
"Hello every one, Iam....(tell your name). It is great joining you and to be member of the team.I beleive in contnuous learning and trust, working with you will be a great learning experienc e for me.Thank you".
Any other method of introduction is invited.

Dear Absood,
If they ask you then you can share your previous experiance but as you become femilier they will automatically ask you about your previous experiance.

Hi...i feel that sometimes it is better to give your team an insight to your previous experience, so that they can utilize the information to ask you for your help /guidance on any matters related to the previous experience...

Just go ahead & introduce yourself the way YOU FEEL MOST COMFORTABLE IN.
There's no hard & fast rule for such occasions.
However THERE SURELY is one thing you need to bear in-mind: whatever you say it has to come from the HEART. You need to express what you FEEL & not repeat what others suggest like a Parrot. People, in general, can catch you flat when they realize you DON'T MEAN what you are saying--even though they may not express it out. And I guess that's the surest way to ruin a new innings.
