Procedure to Register a New Company

What is the procedure to register a new company? How many minimum employees are required to register with EPFO?

EPF is called the Employee Provident Fund. It is a benefit for employees from employers, in addition to their salary.

If there are 20 or more employees in the company, enrollment with EPF is mandatory; if there are fewer than 20, you can enroll voluntarily.

For registration, you should fill out the relevant application forms, provide the required documents, and submit them to the department. You will receive the registration number within a week.
