Dear Sir,
I have been employed with a MNC since April of last year, and in the month of May the company hired a new GM, who has been changing the rules as he goes. He is refusing to confirm my employment and make me permanent in the company. I took my PL at the end of Dec. for 10 days. I have requested for my LTA but he is refusing to give me my dues. LTA & bonus are mentioned in my employment letter as part of my CTC. I would like to know that even though he hasn't given my a letter stating why my probation period is extended can he stop my dues that the company owes me?

No,he can't do so as the components have been mentioned in your employment letter whicj i belive has been signed by the authorised signatory.Also if in case he is not confirming you the you have the rigth to ask for the reasons for extension of probation period.It is not possible that they dont confirm you without extension of probation period.Also they need to provide a letter "Extension of Probation"

Sir/mam I am working in small pvt Ltd company .who take my all semesters polytechnic certificate. And he had not make any bond , also not given appointment letter ,when I ask it ,they said u are paid salary , company is trusting but u couldn't ?.
2. But I am working is not suit me, I am from mechanical diploma and there is work of electrical equipment and instrument.also work nature is not good .
So I want to quit job but when I asked to manager he is saying that u have to pay 50,000 then certificate will be given.
When matter goes to boss he said to pay 1 lac.
While he trained only a month after that they put me in technical purchase department . And I work on excel and with supplier.
Please help how can I get my certificate?

If I join in month of Feb 2024 a new organization , In the month of April I completed my Probation Period .
Our company has 12 Paid Leave from Jan -Dec . How many Paid Leave will I get 8 or 11?
