Dear seniors, Our establishment has already been registered in Employer e-Seva. We received a permanent user ID and password. However, when we tried to log in using the user ID, we received an "invalid user ID and password" message. As a result, we have been unable to pay our dues for the last two months. Despite personally visiting the PF office, we did not receive a proper response. We also attempted to use the "forgot password" option, but it was unsuccessful. Our interactions with the EPF helpdesk have also been fruitless.
Please assist us in resolving this issue so that we can regularly pay our dues. Please do the needful.
