Hi friends, I need to create a standard acquisition plan template for our company. We require an M&A template that can be used for pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition.
I suggest you approach an advocate, company secretary (CS), or chartered accountant (CA) who will guide you appropriately on the matter. Once they provide you with a draft approved by your management, you can use it as a template for all future dealings.
