Need Help with a Transfer Letter Format for a Project-Based Move Between Cities?

I need a transfer letter showing the reason for the transfer is because of a project. If anyone has the format, please share it with me. The transfer is to be done from one city to another.

Subject: Transfer to ABC Office, Bangalore, India

Dear XYZ,

This is to inform you that you will be transferred to our Bangalore office effective from 2nd July 2012. This transfer is due to the ABC project assigned to you. At Bangalore, you will be reporting to Mr. (Manager Name). All other terms of employment remain the same.

Kindly submit an acknowledgment copy to the HR Team.
